Give the Gift of Music

As 2026 comes to a close, your gift can make sure every student who wants to learn music gets the chance.

At the Diana & Joel Peterson School of Music, three programs work together to create a pathway for students to become the musicians and leaders of tomorrow:

GRIT brings free music instruction to students at partner schools and community centers. This year, GRIT hosted its first Summer Music Camp and is expanding to two new schools.

Academy offers lessons and ensembles from preschool through high school, including Suzuki, choir, and chamber music.

Conservatory trains advanced students for the stage. This fall, Chamber Orchestra students performed at the Utah State Capitol for Gov. Spencer Cox and the president of Kyrgyzstan.

GRIT and Conservatory students learn on full scholarship, so talent and effort, not a family’s budget, decide who gets to play. Your gift keeps that promise.
